This policy describes how Tellura AI handles information through its public website and Tellura services. Product-specific terms, agreements, and notices may provide additional details.
We may receive information you provide directly, including contact details, account information, company information, support requests, product-interest submissions, and communications with Tellura. Our website and services may also collect basic technical and usage information such as device, browser, IP address, timestamps, pages viewed, and diagnostic events.
Organizations using Tellura may provide or connect customer, operational, technical, meeting, project, documentation, and account-management information. That data remains subject to the applicable customer agreement and the instructions of the subscribing organization. Organizations are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to provide or connect data to Tellura.
We use information to operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve Tellura; communicate with users and prospects; respond to inquiries; administer accounts; understand product usage; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations. We do not claim rights to use customer content for unrelated purposes.
Some product workflows may use third-party AI providers. The providers used, the information sent, and available controls may vary by product, configuration, and customer agreement. Tellura does not use customer-provided content to train public foundation models unless that use is expressly disclosed and authorized. Customers should review product-specific settings and contractual terms before enabling an AI provider.
The website may use essential cookies and limited analytics or operational technologies to maintain functionality, understand traffic, and improve performance. If additional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
Tellura may engage hosting, infrastructure, communications, support, security, analytics, and AI service providers to perform services on its behalf. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for their role and are subject to applicable contractual or legal obligations. Product customers may request current subprocessor information through the contact details below.
Tellura generally acts as a controller for its own website, sales, account, and business-administration information. For customer-provided product data processed on behalf of a subscribing organization, Tellura generally acts as a processor or service provider, subject to the applicable agreement and the customer’s instructions.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain security and business records, satisfy contractual commitments, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention may vary by data type, product, customer configuration, and agreement. Account holders may request deletion subject to contractual, security, backup, and legal requirements.
Tellura uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. More information about our current approach is available on the Security & Trust page.
Information may be processed in locations where Tellura or its service providers operate. Where required, Tellura will use appropriate contractual or legal mechanisms for cross-border processing.
Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or request a portable copy of personal information. Requests may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. When Tellura processes information on behalf of a customer, requests may need to be directed to that customer.
Tellura’s business services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the public website.
We may update this policy as our services and legal obligations change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
